So yeah, lots of culinary shenanigans going on.

Thanks Jim, Fred and William!

You guys are killing me with your food choices.

I'm going to price out a waffle maker.

The wife makes killer fried chicken so why not throw it on a big ole' waffle with some honey and maple syrup?

Hey dont blame him for getting someone started on a food kick.

I hadnt had English Muffins pizzas for years, and then about 2 weeks ago you mentioned something about it in another thread and that got me fired up again. I went out an bought some English Muffins, cheese, sauce and pepperoni and chucked about 8 or them in the oven.

Since then I've been through about 6 bags of cheese, a few jars of sauce and who the hell knows how many bags of English muffins.

Thanks Brother! :D

SOS nachos? What is that, breakfast for the Mexican Marines?

Follow Jim Nelsons Recipe for Marine SOS as found on earlier Thread.
Forget the Toast.
2 lb. bag of Tostios.
Scoop the Tostios in the SOS.
Throw in Mouth.
Repeat this process until half the bag is gone.
Take a Nap.
Wake Up and Repeat Process.

Rocky

There's always the classic crock pot pulled pork grinder... covered in onions and crockpot chili...

Then again, you could always get a tenderloin, tenderize it, cut the fat off, de-silver it, tenderize it again, put some paprika on it, throw it on the griddle, shred it, throw a chit ton of sliced onions, peppers and shredded cheese on it, throw it on a grinder...

and then deglaze the griddle with some red wine to make an au jois style dipping sauce.

You'll also need a bib, gloves, roll of paper towels and goggles in order to eat the damn thing.

...The wife makes killer fried chicken....1 word; wok.

I know this will sound like a heap of contradictive misnomer, until the last part.

A client of mine is a Chinese immigrant who owns 2 horses. He also has very high blood pressure. Blames both those burdens on his American wife of 30 plus years.

Funny guy, he also carries a cane in his rifle rack. No joke, i thought it was for sortin animals in a corral, but he says: for when a cop pulls him over he gets out and starts shaking it and gibbering like an old timey Chinaman would do

Anybodt like catfish?

BBQ catfish.
1/2 fillet, in a loose foil tent.
1 pat o butter . a hit o lemon.
couple o onion rings.
a splash o pepper.
Loosly seal the tent.

thro individual serving tents on the Barby, and let em steam in the butter for 10, to 14 mins.
Folks get to have an individual steaming tent on their plate.
They love it,,,only drawback, you gotta catch the fish. Corn fed cats ain't worth the price.
