Trying to find Levi Duppree Carter was in marines in 1980's may still be in. I don't know, his been on my mind for a all time now, and now his son want to see him and get to know him. Lee is black, 43 used to live in dc.
mother name is shirley, grandmother is elizabeth if you know him tell i'm looking and worried can't find him scared he not here anymore.
