First,I went through boot-camp in 1981.A fellow recruit received a physical fitness award upon graduation.He scored a perfect 300 of course, just like a few others,but he had the best running-time.However,during our humps at Camp Pendleton he dropped out and was brought up in a pick-up truck!I was far from scoring 300 but I never dropped out of anything during boot-camp.Question;who's physical fitness was really the best.His or mine?
