I read over this and can a MARINE take a look at this an explain just exactly what the stipulations of this an how to possibly get it implemented into a contract.
I know it says must be accepted to BRC to qualify but what is BRC excuse my Marine Corps ignorance but here is the link

BRC stands for Basic Recon Course.

1. THE DEMAND FOR RECONNAISSANCE MARINES TO SOURCE OPERATING FORCE UNITS HAS GROWN WITH AN INCREASE IN PMOS 0321 REQUIREMENTS. CURRENTLY, THE TIME TO TRAIN 0321 MARINES IS 10.3 MONTHS. BEGINNING IN FY10, THE MARINE CORPS WILL INCREASE THE ACTIVE DUTY SERVICE OBLIGATION FOR INITIAL ACCESSION RECONNAISSANCE MARINES FROM FOUR TO FIVE YEARS OF SERVICE. THIS WILL ALLOW FIRST TERM 0321 MARINES TO COMPLETE MORE THAN ONE DEPLOYMENT AND PARTICIAPTE IN ADDITIONAL MOS RELATED TRAINING AFTER THE BASIC RECONNAISSANCE COURSE (BRC). THIS NEW EBP PROGRAM WILL BE CALLED THE VZ (5 YEAR RECONNAISSANCE MAN) AND WILL REPLACE THE EBP PROGRAM UZ (FOUR YEAR RECONNAISSANCE MAN). So its just stating that its an initial 5 yr contract? And also stating that you will get just one deployment... That kind of sucks.

I doesn't say that. It says that with a contract of that length you'll be able to complete more than one deployment.
