Well I got a copy of my OMPF as others on this site have suggested. It actually only took 4 days to get to me which was surprising. It contained everything from my enlistment contract to my dd214. Only problem is I was awarded a medal, they reported that I was issued it but there is no record of the warrant. It was issued to me when I was recalled to active duty for OIF/OEF. The unit I was in was disbanded shortly after March of 2003. I was told I was put in for the medal, it shows up in MOL however I never received the warrant. Does anyone have any ideas on how I might track this down? Thanks in advance for your help.
