I know I know odd title. Couldnt think of anything.
I took 3 years of naval junior reserve officers training corps. But the thing is that I am getting word I need 4 in order to get promoted. Which makes no sense, because you can graduate highschool and enlist in 3, so why not have the rotc standards fit.
I leave in august, and I already got 2 friends to enlist into the marines. Do I need to get one more to get promoted, or is two enough? I hear mixed things from everyone, and I don't think my recruiter is sure. If nothing else, will the being in ROTC go into my record? Even if it doesnt count torwards anything?
