My initial thought when I saw this in the report made me think, uh oh... he was a Lance it they are going to raise a non-NCO with NCO issue
His rank was not immediately available
Oddly enough in MOL his rank was Corporal.
Sad news and I'm really curious to see what further info is released. I don't really see how a condition 1 pistol and 1 round to the chest is going to pass as a accident on this one. There's many things that could be said about that.
