Why don't you focus more on making it thru boot camp, SOI/MCT training and your MOS school first.

As far as I have knowledge for, your vehicle can be stored with TMO (I think you need approval for this), or you let it sit in the barracks parking lot and have a friend who isn't deployed from another unit watch it.
Personal items go in a locked storage unit, or so I'm told by one of my seniors.

depends on your unit, but we stored our cars in a secured area Gated and locked on base, and our personal belongings were packed up and stored by civilian movers.
