Does this count as a medical disqualification?

I've been trying to get in shape for basic training for the last few years so i can be ready when i go a year and a half from now after i graduate high school. The bad part is that supposedly i have Chron's disease but it doesn't affect me physically in any way shape of form and i haven't showed any symptoms of it for two years. Is there anyway i can join by getting around this?

You are disqualified from enlisting into any branch of the military. As I understand it, this disiease has no cure, therefore, once you have it, you have it. While it might currently be in remission, it could come back at any time.
