Hello, i was wondering how sensitive the drug tests at Marine Corps bootcamp are. My friend leaves for Parris Island in 2 weeks and he smoked marijuana about a month ago. He keeps saying he will be alright and pass but i do not think that is the case. Somebody please answer my question.

I did but he said he leaves soon anyways so it wouldn't matter. I was just wondering so i can prove him wrong and so he doesn't make and ass out of himself.

We don't need druggies in the Corps. Maybe someone should call the RSS or MEPS and make them aware that a poolie will be passing through their doors soon that has smoked dope recently.:devious:

If he pops in boot camp, he's done. No second chances for that.
I don't even want a dirtbag in the Corps that can't control a habit that we don't tolerate.

Sure is awful strange how this profile was made yesterday just to find out about popping on a drug test. Something smells dopy to me. Maybe someone got high and now has an imaginary friend.

Ha, you know the funny thing...you get a **** test the first day or two when you get to boot, but you don't find out the results until a few weeks into it. So, if he pops...well, he's still going through a few weeks of boot camp.

Yeah depending on the CG or BC you could either get booted right there, near the end of First Phase or damn well near the end of Boot.
I believe nowadays it's more often sooner rather than later.

Keep smoking, they'll never find out, those **** tests in boot camp are a sham... they cant test for that stuff anyway.... if I were him I would go to the airport and get high one last time before the yellow footprints...
