Base Pay Projections For 2004

Although the final version of the Fiscal Year 2004 Military Authorization Act (H.R. 1588) has not yet been passed, projected base pay rates for officers and enlisted servicemembers are now available. Although these charts are only estimates of what the final pay rates will be, they should be accurate, as pay increases are virtually identical in both the House and Senate versions of H.R. 1588. For 2004, pay raises will be targeted, which means that mid-level officers and NCOs will have a larger percentage raise than other pay grades.
