He just came back from Iraq a week ago and I was wondering: what can I do to help him get used to normal civilian life as a marine. He isnt crazy, lols, he just seems really stressed all the time.

I'm over there/here right now, and honestly....your friend is probably just stressed from having to do stuff at home and being back around all of the business of the US. I guess I can't speak for where he was but where I am right now, Iraq is a joke. Might as well be in garrison. Your biggest fight here is boredom or deciding what to eat for chow. Just give him time i'm sure he will come around.
