Hello all, im taking my asvab tomorrow. I plan to join active duty and I am interested in th 08 field (field artillery) and 18 field (tank and amphibious assault vehicle). I have a few questions.
If I sign up for 08xx, what job am i most likely to get? I really would not like meteorological man, but any of the others seem interesting. can anyone with an MOS in 08xx tell me more about this field?
Im also looking at joining 18xx. What is life like as a tanker? Would you be more likely to get assigned to a tank or amphibious vehicle? In either situation...what does a usual day consist of?
