Sorry but true, the Army is in need of 60 thou right now, and the Marines need zip.
Throw yourself on the mercy of the court, explain the situation. they 'MIGHT' bend. The Marines won't.

You have a record and the only way it will go away is if you can get your record exsponged and that is only if your state has something like that.
