Need to locate OT Vasquez

I need to locate Odin T. Vasquez who was stationed with Charlie Company in Hawaii before deploying to Beirut in 1981. His buddies called him by his nickname OT. OT would be 52 years of age and last known address was in California.

I have a photo of him with his buddies in Beirut.

I need to let him know his father was diagnosed with cancer.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
