On average, Marine Corps-wide, how often is a junior enlisted Marine given PCS orders? I understand it will vary from unit to unit, and MOS to MOS, but generally speaking, how often do orders come down?

Never. Get to bootcamp first, earn the title, then talk about PCSing.

About every 2 to 3 years you will PCS.
Or at least you're supposed too.
Generally speaking if you are a 4 and out you will stay with whatever fleet unit you end up in until your contract is up.
