Good Morning Marines, I have a slight problem while on boot leave my BCGs broke in my seabag i ship to MCT on monday while there will they provide us time to get another pair or should i attempt to get another pair before i leave for MCT... and if i should attempt to get another pair how would i go about doing that can i go to any bases? i live near several bases mostly AF, and Navy but Quantico is only about 45 mins away... Is it possible that i could get another pair? Thanks for the Help

You have you medical records with you right? Carry them and go to Quantico Medical. They should be able to help you out. Don't know how long of a turn around will be on getting a new set so better call first.
No, you'll be fine. When you get to MCT, during check-in, they'll ask if you wear them, and if you have them. When you tell them no, they will get you a new pair as soon as possible. You'll be allowed to wear your civilian glasses until then.

I'm curious, you have already graduated bootcamp correct? Then update your profile from poolee to Marine and grab a seat at the big boy table with the rest of us jarheads, instead of here in the poolee section.

From you signature, looks like you just graduated from boot camp this past Friday, Aug 28th. I was there...my nephew was in Plt 3068.

I think I remember you talking with my nephew. I did email him and told him that you're a member on this site, but I haven't heard back from him yet.

Im blind lol... Talked to my recruiter and he said that i would be ok to go to MCT without them...
just like I had said. I had only gone to MCT like 3 months ago. :)
