Does anyone know any good cadences? or know the words to the the Tequila Sunrise cadence?

Either you have a typo in your ship date in your profile, or you just completely missed your ship date all together.
As for 'running cadences'...your question can be answered in the Poolee forum under "Cadences".

yeah that was a major typo on my part, ship date has been updated, 20101207!!
