should i tell meps about these things?

hay everyone, im a new member here and i was wondering if i should tell meps about some things that have happened to me. when i was 4 i had my tonsils and adnoids removed, and when i was 6 i had tubes in my ears. the tubes have fallen out since then so im not sure if it would matter to the meps guys. also, i got in a motorcycle accident about 5 months ago. no major damage, just some scares from road rash. my ankle swelled up from the way i hit the ground, but nothing broke and everything moves and feels fine. my recruiter told me to lie to the meps guys about this stuff. i'm not sure i feel comfortable lying meps about these three things, so im looking for some other opinions. any help would be greatly appreciated.
