I am leaving sunday Aug, 23 for MEPS then to Parris Island on the 24th. I just want to thank all the Marines on these boards for the great information. Any final advice would be much appreciated, thanks again Marines. See you in 3 months!

Get some good rest tonight, your going to be up with little sleep for the next 24 hours after you get there. Thats my advise.

Stay focused, stay motivated, stay strong...both mentally and physically and pay attention to your Drill Instructors. :evilgrin: Oh, and don't give up, no matter how tough it gets.

Proper response to everything a Drill Instructor says to you is "yes, sir" "no, sir" or "aye, sir". Sound off at everything! Never quit...just remember: Tens of thousands of Marines before you have done what you're about to do and made it through. Your mind will quit on you long before your body will so **** your mind and keep pushing! Go get that Title, oorah!
