Harrier Out Of Retirement

Marines at Cherry Point have another harrier jet to use in training.
Mechanics at the Fleet Readiness Center East have fully restored a harrier, that has not flown in 16 years. It took more than 20 thousand hours of work to get it back in shape after it was retired.
The Marine Corps will use it in training, since it's one of the few harriers with two seats.
