as for the other part of the second cousins thing... half second cousins don't count as far enough out unless they are the kid of the parent who isn't your relative.
so if your aunt and uncle got a divorce and the aunt is NOT your relative and she has a kid with another guy... that makes that kid your half 2nd cousin.... and you'd be able to make babies with them..... that is pretty simple.

OK, mathmatically, If you divide 53 by 34 you get 1.56. That rounds up to 1.6 which in turn makes for a 1 to 1.6 ratio. This is the ancient greek perfect ratio for Aesthetics used on the Parthenon. Thus therefor, I calculate this to be a good match. You are good to go.
