I asked this question in the wrong forum
but just wanting to ask about the dlab again, i have to take it next week and was just wondering what would be the best advice to go about the test

It's an aptitude test. There's really no advice for you. I guess I could say learn grammar nomenclature ie: noun, adjective, verb, subject.

It's not really a test you can specifically study for.
You either have it or you don't.

Use the search function. And no you can't really study. If you don't know you parts of speach really, well you can brush up on them.
