I signed an open contract as an E-1, 4 years active and 4 years IIR. I wish to change my contract to 5811 Military Police as a reservise doing 6 years reserve and 2 years IIR so that I can go to college (92 day reservist). Is it possible to change my contract? What is the difference between a 92 day reservist and the IIADT program? Suggestions please!

Talk to your recruiter. You have nearly a year before you are scheduled to ship out so you have time to change it.

Your current contract is not the final contract you ship with. Go speak with your recruiter like the Cpl told you.
