When is it exactly that you do IST? I swear in on the 13th this month when I get home from Vacation. I was wondering when exactly do I run IST. The same day I swear in? or what?

You need to run one thirty days before you ship and then you will run one a couple of days after you get to recruit training.

The actual IST is ran during your indoc to bootcamp. You're going to want to be ready before you leave for bootcamp. Don't get too fat on vacation.
