I am no longer in the the Marine Corps, but am I still allowed to wear the Marine uniform to a civilian court?

Why would you want to wear the uniform if you aren't in the service anymore? If you were released under honorable conditions, I think you can, but if dishonorably then no. In my opinion, either way seems kind of hokey, like trying to show your military ID to get out of a speeding ticket.

The short answer is no. You are allowed to wear certain items but that is all. There are MCO's that give the details, the search function on this site will also answer your question
