Hello Marines:
I need some help for my fellow Devil Dogs! I am a graduate student at Rosemont College in PA. I am writing a thesis on the Marine Corps leadership model vs. Corporate models, and I need survey data to determine if the Marine Corps Model is more effective then those you know of outside the Corps.
Pasted below is the survey. To respond, please just type the question number and the numbers you feel about each question.
For example:
1 - 5,6
This would tell me that you answered question number one that is a 5 out of ten in performance and 6 out of ten in importance

There are two parts to each question.
Please choose an appropriate response on both Importance and Performance
Part one is the degree, i.e., the statement’s level of importance. 1 = least important and 10 = most important.
Part two is how well you think your leadership performs the task. 1 = poor and 10 = great
