Sort of a shameless plug here..:D
Last year some members of ARRSE got together to help out a collegue who had fallen on hard times,since then a unnoficial charity has sprung up which allows thru donations serving members of the Army,Navy,Royal Air Force & RM wounded on Ops & also the families of the Fallen a break in Spain,staying at time share properties donated by the owners.
The is also a spin off fund raising venture called Sgt Slingsby,a globe trotting Tedd Bear.
If you know any R/Marines who need help,drop them a line as they may be able to help.
