Education for Commissioned Officer?

Hello, I believe that this is the best place to put this.. I am currently in Korea and have been continuing my college education that I started prior to joining the corps and am considering going the commissioned officer route if I am able to complete my degree in my remaining time. Ive seen a lot of info about MECEP and PLC and so on but not a whole lot about someone who completes a degree on their own. Who would you need to talk to for going the commissioned route? How far in advance to my current EAS would I need to have my degree completed? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
