Sir or Ma’am,
Are there any Warrant Officers out there that can give me some info on what were the steps to becoming a Warrant Officer? I am currently in the Reserves I have 5 years in and I am looking to put in my package in about 3 years. I know you have to have at least 8 years of service and at least a Sergeant at the time when the package is put in. I am a 3521 and I have good pros and cons, and I am proficient in my MOS. I was just wondering if I get selected what other steps are there after I am accepted if I am accepted? Is there a Warrant officer school that I will have to attend if so what is it like? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and Semper Fi!!

Will do SSgt, I would just like to get some first hand accounts from any Warrant Officers out there that are willing to help out. I want to get answers from someone who has been through it personally.
