I wonder if any leathernecks can help me out.

I am a former Marine from the 80's and 90's. I just started a new job and am in need of the MCI books from this era on Food Service (3381). I know there were several that covered every aspect of the MOS. I would like to buy them if posible, or obtain them to scan them and send them back.

Can anybody help me?

Welcome Aboard.......!

Thank you for your service Marine. On to your question.

If memory serves me correcly MCI is located at the Washington Navy Yard? If they are there no linger then do a search for the Marine Corps Institute. From what I understand a lot of the courses are done via the "WWW".

Gunny,

I looked on the MCI site and they only had 2 general course. Back in the 80's there were about 12 that were job specific, food prep, food costing, storeroom procedures etc. The old red books. I took out most of them but have since been sh1t canned. Amazing how things you have things then need them years later.
