I have a protective order filed against me under the basis of stalking. <br />
No I did not stalk anyone,in fact she stalked me,but i can't afford the court fees to make an appeal,so I decided to just live...

Your going to get the same answers in this forum from Marines...it only takes one question to get an answer.

That being said...if you are not a stalker and you are not guilty...go before the courts and ask for a lawyer to be appointed and maybe pro bono.

If I am guilty of something I fess up...if I am honestly not...I'll be damned if I would belly up and accept something that could potentially mess up the rest of my life.

You would have to be clear with the courts before anything could be done to enlist.

You need to pose this question to your recruiter as he would have the up to date scoop. However if he says don't worry about it I still would worry and have it cleared with MEPS before you try to ship.
