Marines set to graduate

More than 500 local Marines and sailors will receive diplomas for undergraduate and graduate degrees from seven different colleges Friday at the 14th annual Commanding Officer's Graduation Ceremony at the base theater.
The ceremony begins at 10 a.m. and will be hosted by Col. Richard P. Flatau Jr., commanding officer of Camp Lejeune, with Lt. Gen. Dennis J. Hejlik, commanding general of the II Marine Expeditionary Force, as the guest speaker.
