Marine death under investigation

The death of a Camp Lejeune infantryman is under investigation.
Lance Cpl. Douglas Baumgardner, 22, with 2nd Marine Division died May 21 aboard Camp Lejeune.
The incident is under investigation, said 2nd Marine Division spokesman 1st Lt. Philip Klay.
Baumgardner joined the Marine Corps in December 2005, Klay said.
No further information was available at press time.
