I haven't been at my unit for about a year now because I have been TAD and deployed with RCT-6. If I submit an AA form requesting PCS orders, does the monitor get to decide if I can move or is it strictly command. I am 2 years in with 3 to go. I would like to deploy immediately if I could get transfered. Transfer would be CONUS TO CONUS

Good luck with that. It used to be that you had to have 2 yrs on station in order to request a transfer. If I am not mistaken, they changed that to 3 yrs or two depolyments.
As far as who decides, the command can non-req your request but it still goes up the chain.
