I dont ship till dec. 1st so i have a lot of time to train and i wanted to get a variety of workouts geared toward (03XX option) to do, so my question is besides doing pullups, pushups, running, and crunches does anyone have any recommendations as far as sprints, circuit training, or other exercises to do that will physically prepare me for bootcamp.To give you an idea of my current fitness level i do:

Height: 5'10"
Weight:180lbs
12 pullups as of last partial IST at MEPS (20090501)
80 crunches in 2min.
1 1/2 mile unknown time
3 mile is just under 28min

All suggestions welcome and if you have a extremely challenging exercise tell me I love testing myself mentally and physically and bringing new stuff to my PT training sessions. My mentallity has always been i wanna be the best no exceptions, and if my heart is still beating i can still continue!
