JACKSONVILLE, N.C. — Runners from across the country will participate in the fourth annual Run for the Warriors this weekend.
Saturday's race benefits injured Marines and their family members.
Festivities start with a ceremony honoring wounded service members. After the ceremony, three separate races —a 10K, a 5K and a one-mile Run/Walk— will begin. Both the 10K and 5K courses are U.S. Track and Field certified.
The race is open to military and civilian community members.
