Assuming that his "facts" are correct. I agree with him 100%.
And I don't question his facts.
However, if I was in his chain of command, and I wanted his butt, he'd regret not having paid more attention to his camoflage and concealment classes.
I don't know how many instructors are presently at Annapolis, but I don't think there are too many males who were plebes five sumers ago who had a Navy pilot who served in Desert Storm as an OIC.
