This question is for anyone who took a government job after their run in the Corps. What is locality pay and is it paid monthly, bi-weekly, etc.? Also, what can a GS-9 out of St. Louis expect to get for their locality pay?

Locality pay is in addition to your base pay. For St Louis, you would be under "the rest of the US" which is 13.86%
So your base pay plus locality in St Louis would be $46,625
Pay is bi-weekly.
