I just wanted to make a Thread because I was searching other threads and never seen someone else have the same ship out date. I am close to that date I leave 20090706 for MCRDPI. There is a couple guys at my RSS that are leaving the same date as you. My RSS is Greenville,SC.

Im leaving the same day as you out of Tallahassee. Get that run time down on that IST and you'll be a machine.

Oh alright bro. I'm trying to get to the 9 minute range for the mile and a half. I have been running a lot lately. So, hopefully we shall see if I can make my goal by our ship date.

Yeah, I have the same shipdate as you Ramos. Heres my IST:

Pullups: 23
Situps: 100
1.5 Mile: 10:00, tryin to get it down to 9 before shipping as well

Oh alright bro thats whats up. Hopefully we end up in the same platoon. Did you ever to the CFT yet? If so what were your scores.

Oh alright. Well thats def. something that you would love to do. It is basically a 1/2 mile sprint timed. Then you lift an ammo can from underneath your chin to above your head until your arms are locked out for 2 minutes. 100 is the maximum. Then after that you have an obsicale course.

My ship date was pushed back until August 10th, 2009. It sucks but hey its alright.
