DOVER AIR FORCE BASE, Del. — Air Force officials say the remains of a Marine killed in Iraq are heading to Dover Air Force Base.
The Air Force says a dignified transfer ceremony is scheduled Sunday night for Lance Cpl. Ray A. Spencer of Los Angeles, who was killed in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
