5th Marine Regiment Change of Command

Does anyone know the exact date when the 5th Marine Regiment change of command ceremony will take place ? I saw on MARADMIN Number: 421/08 (FY09 Colonel Command Screening Board Results) that Colonel Willard (Willy) A. Buhl will be taking command of the 5th Marine Regiment sometime this year. Colonel Buhl is my former Platoon Commander of 1st Platoon, Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 9th Marines back in 1987 - 1988, I'd really like to attend the ceremony if at all possible. Thanks.
