It is a picture of the Marine Corps War Memorial, set by rippling water... above the picture is 'black' and if you click on the 'black' it shows realtime fireworks. Kinda cool, but kinda unnatural to see it by water. Thats why I said have an open mind.

I am sure the creator meant no disrespect.
