Still looking for info about Gen Bowman and his staff - He was the deputy commanding general of I Corps 1970 before returning to take command of Camp Pendleton. I was assigned as his driver his last several months. Call Sign was the Bayou Bengal (LSU All American running back ~ 1930's)
