Carl White

I am from Clarksburg WV, and was a neighbor to Carl White, a retired Marine. He was older than me, so I didn't know him well, and he was rarely home. I was good friends with his brother, David White. Carl recently died. Does anyone know him? Carl White, and I think he was 79 years old.
