Hi, I just processed into the DEP program Tuesday. I went to my first DEP workout Wed and It really showed me how out of shape I am. My whole body is still sore. I kept up through the first half of stretches warm ups pushups etc, then we started sprints and about halfway through I couldnt keep up, I could not sprint anymore. I did not quit or give up though, I ran as fast as I could with everyone yelling and encouraging me on, but after the first half of it I was the last one to get back from then on, I have roughly 11 weeks til I ship and am now going to the gym everyday to work on running, Any advice would be helpful. Also by the time I ship will I make it through if i never quit or give up even if im not as fast as others in the beginning? Thank you
