This question is mostly geared to those working at OSOs.
I am in the PLC program right now. Will I be able to get pay as soon as I get commissioned (upon graduating from both college and OCS) even though I haven't reported to TBS?
I know midshipmen from the NROTC pipeline don't get paid until they report to TBS despite already becoming commissioned.
I, also, know that those who are MECEP DO get pay after they get commissioned even though they DIDNT report to TBS.
Related to the question above, will I be considered "active duty" upon getting commissioned despite not reporting to TBS just yet?
