I have a friend that wants to join along with me but he is overweight, I was wondering if anyone could give me advise on what to do to make his weight drop fast! any help would be appreciated

There is an exception to every rule and Accord is testiment to that. My theory is if you are a fat lazy bastard before boot your gonna be a fat lazy bastard after boot. You'll slim down then lard back up. Tell him to go work at Mc D's I'll take an order of fries to go.

Let him come here and ask himself.
There is no way to drop weight "fast!", it is done with hard work and dedication.
This weight issue has been beaten to death here.
