misdemeanor assault? I would like to see that become attempted murder! this is really f***ed-up that there's no witnesses willing to speak-up. anyone know any contact info for this marine i'm sure he would appreciate some e- mails, calls, etc.

How about this.. If you commit an offense on a member of the armed services you will be turned over to their custody =D
I would love to see these people turned over to the Marine MP’s… or a DI may be worse
but then I was raised an eye for and eye not to turn the other cheek so I may be out of line
