MCMWTC Questions

I've looked at the MCMWTC thread and I got alot of my questions answered by reading it but one I still have is "How does one enter the MCMWTC?". I understand that I still have got to earn the title of a United States Marine but I'm interested in the extended training that the Marine Corps can offer.

You can go with your unit or as an individual.
It all depends on unit needs.
